We are happy to advise that we do accept payment via PayPal.


Is PayPal accepted on all orders?

PayPal is only available to use when making an online order. We are unable to take this payment on any orders made via telephone, post or fax.

Online orders placed using CT account credit/gift vouchers/Groupon vouchers/Living Social vouchers cannot be paid for by PayPal as this payment method can only be used to pay for the full order total.

Additionally, orders placed with an offer code applied in the basket, cannot be paid for by PayPal. PayPal will be available for any order where the discount has been applied via a promotional URL (website link) as long as the offer has already been applied before the customer goes to their basket or shopping bag.


When will my order via PayPal be charged?

All PayPal orders will be charged immediately once the order has been placed. The charge will be made on the date that the order has been made for the full order value, including any items currently not available but due in at a later date.


One of the items ordered has been cancelled and is not available. Do I get a refund?

Yes. Should an item or part of the order be cancelled in anyway, a refund will be processed for the value of those items.


I've made an order, but now need for this to be updated. Can I call / email and ask for this to be done?

We are unable to update PayPal orders, however, we may be able to help. Please call our Customer Services Team. They will be happy to discuss with you how this can be done most simply.


I need to return an item and would like to exchange. Is this possible if I've paid via PayPal?

Of course! Even though you paid via PayPal, your order will still be under our guarantee. If the item you have returned is the same value as the requested exchange, this will be completed for you. If the item you have chosen is at a higher value, a member of our Returns Team will contact you to discuss payment details as any additional payment will need to be made via a different method.


I'm expecting a refund from my order. When should this be available?

If we have to refund you in any way for your order, the refund will be available within 3-5 working/business days from the date that the order has been cancelled or when your return has been processed.
