This could be due to a number of factors:
- The privacy settings on your web browser may be set too high. Go to tools, in your menu, choose internet options, then click on advanced and ensure that your privacy setting is set to medium.
- We recommend using the latest versions of internet browsers. Customers can download the latest versions for free from www.microsoft.com or www.mozilla.org, for example.
- You may not have fully selected all the information required to add the item to your basket. Please check if any of the drop-down boxes are now highlighted in red, as this means the information has not been added in full. Once all sizing information has been selected, you should be able to add the item to your basket without an issue.
- The item may be sold out so please check that this is not written on the page. We do sometimes leave sold out items on the website with a message that they are no longer available, this is to avoid any confusions whereby customers assume it is available but they cannot locate it on the webpage.
