How long should I wait for my return/exchange?

Providing you have used our online returns facility, we will ship your exchange or process your refund within 72 hours of USPS notifying us that your parcel has been scanned into their system.

Refunds generally take 3 - 5 business days to appear on your account from time of processing and will be sent to the original payment method used. We do make a small deduction of $9.95 from your return credit to cover return shipping costs (which may be subject to Sales Tax in some states), however exchanges are always free of charge and will be subject to our standard delivery timeframes outlined here.

Please note that if you do not include any information in your parcel we will automatically issue you an E-Voucher. You will need to contact us if you would like this refunded.
